Description:
Key Responsibilities
· Carrying out the oral and written orders of doctors. Like Injections I.V. infusions. dressings. Nebulization, Oxygen administration ENT, Surgical, Gyna procedure
· Arranging the Dressing trolleys with all necessary items and checking the Medical equipment for its functioning.
· Checking the Emergency tray for the availability of all medicine and replacing the expiry items.
· Assisting the doctors in procedures and Recording the procedures in the register as per the MOH requirement.
· Proper disposal of soiled dressings and sharp instruments.
· Preparing the dressing materials and the instruments for sterilization and autoclaving.
· Following all aseptic and antiseptic techniques in preventing cross-infection.
· Using the gloves and washing the hands after each procedure is mandatory.
· Ensuring a clean pleasant environment for patients.
· Maintaining strict confidentiality of patient information at all times.
· Dealing in polite conversation with the patients.
· Arrange to change the bedsheets wherever required every day.
· Collecting all insurance and non-insurance claim forms and recording them in a separate register. Any other works related to Nursing as advised by the Supervisor Requirements.
Requirements
· Qualification: Bachelor of Science (Nursing)
· Experience: 3+ years’ work experience in relevant field
· Skills: Multi-tasking skills • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Prometric Test Pass
· MOH Oman License holders (preferred)
· NOC / Local Release (preferred)
