Description:
Position Summary
Responsible for examining, analyzing, and preparing financial records and statements for a company/organization. They often provide input and advice on financial matters including those systems used to track and record costs and expenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
- Vendor coordination for Bills, Payments & reconciliation, etc.
- Bank/Party Reconciliation,
- Process journal entries and gather supporting documentation for all entries, Process payment to suppliers,
- Analyze and reconcile accounts related to all assigned entries every month, preparation of month-end and yearly reports, handle cash independently.
- Manage banking, stock report, aging report, daily sales report, employee attendance report, store auditing,
- Management skill to know as department in-charge.
- Excellent in Microsoft software with high-level formulas
- VAT submission & regulation knowledge to avoid penalty.
- Costing and cost of goods analysis by each customer and salesman.
- Reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns.
Requirements
- Graduate / MBA in Commerce / Accounting / Finance / equivalent qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant field.
- Word experience with the FMCG industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge in Oracle and SAP.
- understanding of business flows and system capabilities in Financial
- Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures
- Advanced knowledge and experience of spreadsheets
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical skills
