Responsible for all warranties and costing, ensuring the smooth running of all warranties and costing duties and customer satisfaction. It is VITAL that you have Warranty/Costing Clerk experience, in a busy franchised dealership. You will need a high level of energy, customer service, good organizational skills, and proficiency in Automate, Kerridge or similar.
