We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead our Commercial/Heavy Vehicles division in Dubai, UAE. As a Business Head, One will be responsible for driving the sales, distribution and marketing strategies for the entire commercial heavy vehicle product line. driving strategic growth, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have years of relevant experience, possess strong leadership skills, and have a deep understanding of the commercial/heavy vehicles industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the division's business strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

·         P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

·         Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

·         Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical staff, ensuring effective collaboration and talent development.

·         Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by expanding the customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new market segments for effective sales, distribution and marketing strategies for the commercial heavy vehicle product line

·         Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·         Product Development: Collaborate with the product development team to introduce innovative products and services that meet market demands.

·         Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the division complies with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.

·         Risk Management: Identify and mitigate business risks and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

·         Reporting: Provide regular reports to the executive team on the division's performance, goals, and strategies.

·         Analyze competition and devise strategies to create competitive advantage

·         Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

·         Execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness

·         Track and analyze sales performance and develop strategies to improve results.

Qualifications:

·         Master Degree or equivalent advanced degree.

·         25-35 years of progressive experience in the Commercial /Heavy vehicles industry, with a proven track record of leadership and business growth.

·         Preferred candidates in the age category of 45 – 55 years .

·         Prior work experience in UAE / GCC is a plus

·         Proven track record of success in sales and marketing Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

·         Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

·         Strategic thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·         Adept at building and nurturing customer relationships.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to motivate and inspire teams

·         Proficient in MS Office applications and other related software

·         Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·         Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards in the commercial/heavy vehicles industry is a plus.

·         Proven ability to adapt to changing market conditions and lead the division to success.
