Key Responsibilities:
· Treasury Management:Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize cash flow and liquidity.Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash requirements.
Execute investment strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
· Cashback Program Management:Design and manage cashback programs to attract and retain customers.
Analyze customer data and market trends to enhance cashback offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and promote cashback programs effectively.
· Financial Analysis:Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Prepare financial reports and provide insights to senior management.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
· Risk Management:Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury activities.
Establish risk management policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
· Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Drive team performance and goal achievement.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CTP) is a plus.
· Proven experience in treasury management and cashback program administration, with 10-20 years of relevant experience.
· Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in financial software and tools.
· Strong leadership and communication skills.
