As a Site Supervisor - Porta Cabin Installer at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation and maintenance of porta cabins at various project sites. Your extensive experience in civil engineering and project management will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient execution of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for leading a team of installers, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for porta cabin installation projects.
· Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure work is completed effectively and safely.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all porta cabin installations meet the company's quality standards and adhere to relevant regulations and codes.
· Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their concerns and providing project updates as needed.
· Resource Management: Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency and control costs.
· Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations at project sites to ensure the well-being of all workers and compliance with safety standards.
· Problem Solving: Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during installation projects, finding practical and timely solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
· Proven experience in porta cabin installation or related construction projects, with a minimum of 4 years of experience and up to 12 years.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent project management abilities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
· Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices.
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
