Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager with extensive experience in the Automotive and Consumer Durable sectors, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and overseeing the sales team's performance. Your primary responsibility will be To lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, build customer relationships and seek out business development opportunities for both retail and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the Automotive and Consumer Durable sectors.

·         Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure they meet their individual and collective goals.

·         Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats in the Automotive and Consumer Durable segments.

·         Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.

·         Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, and regularly track progress against these targets, adjusting strategies as necessary.

·         Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's Automotive and Consumer Durable products and services, staying updated on new developments and features.

·         Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

·         Sales Reporting: Generate and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and proposing actionable insights

·         Team Development: Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development within the sales team, organizing training programs as required.

·         Compliance: Ensure all sales activities and transactions comply with company policies and industry regulations.

·         Budget Management: Responsible for managing the sales department's budget effectively, controlling expenses, and maximizing ROI.

Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the Automotive / Consumer Durable sectors.

·         A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably complemented by management qualifications.

·         Prior experience in GCC is preferred.

·         Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·         Strong leadership and team management skills.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
