Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer or Senior Sales Officer to join our team, focusing on new car sales to both individual customers and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our brand in the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for new cars, both for individual buyers and corporate clients.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the sales process and beyond.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our range of new car models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate their value to customers.
· Lead Generation: Actively prospect for new leads and potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calls, and networking within the GCC region.
· Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive and informative product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, addressing their specific needs and preferences.
· Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, close sales deals, and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately.
· Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the GCC region to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to the sales manager and senior management.
· Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and customer satisfaction.
· Corporate Sales: Focus on developing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, understanding their fleet requirements, and presenting tailored solutions.
· Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
· A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
· Minimum of 2 years of hardcore sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Prior sales experience in the GCC region is highly preferred.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-oriented approach.
· Proficiency in using sales software and tools.
