Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Engagement: Welcome and engage customers with professionalism, understanding their preferences and requirements. Provide detailed information about new luxury car models, features, and options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Sales: Present and demonstrate new luxury car models, highlighting their unique selling points. Offer test drives and tailor presentations to meet individual customer needs. Negotiate prices, financing, and trade-ins to close sales and meet or exceed targets. Follow up on potential leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
· Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the latest luxury car models, technologies, and market trends. Act as a subject matter expert on the advantages of owning new luxury vehicles.
· Administrative Duties: Complete all necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including sales contracts and finance paperwork.
· Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
· Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
· Attend sales meetings, product training, and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales
experience, preferably in the luxury automotive sector.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
· Self-driven with a customer-centric approach.
· Knowledge of luxury car brands and models is advantageous.
· Valid driver's license.
