Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience to join our team as Sales Consultants for Pre-Owned Cars (Premium Car Brands). As a sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to sell high-end used luxury cars, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers professionally, understanding their preferences and needs. Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds, explaining features, benefits, and available options. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.

·       Sales: Present and demonstrate used luxury cars to potential buyers. Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and available warranties. Negotiate prices and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Follow up with leads and maintain a sales pipeline.

·       Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest features, specifications, and market trends of luxury cars. Educate customers on the advantages of owning a certified pre-owned luxury vehicle.

·       Administrative Duties: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Complete all required documentation, including sales contracts and finance paperwork.

·       Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

·       Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.

·       Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:

·       Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·       Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.

·       Self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.

·       Knowledge of luxury car brands and models is a plus.

·       Valid driver's license.
