Description:

  • To execute projects independently involving design, planning, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of HVAC&R System and other MEP Systems (centrifugal and air-cooled screw chillers, cooling towers with AHUs, FCUs, VRV / VRF, Refrigeration Racks, etc.), as assigned.
  • To review designs for correctness, plan of all supplies and site activities for effective utilization of resources, for timely completion and delivering committed profitability.
  • To handle pre-commissioning checks and start-up of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipment as per regional standards and get Consultant / Client approval.
  • Planning, ordering and meeting site requirements, with close coordination with Principal, suppliers & local vendors for execution of job as per timeline.
  • To lead team of Engineers, Sr. Technicians, Technicians & Labor’s to complete assigned scope.
  • Execution of job with desired quality, safety and comply with HSSE requirements.
  • Coordination with Client’s site representative as required.
  • Coordination with Main Contractor’s site representative for day today activities.
  • To ensure generation of visit report / work completion report / other documentation and ensure job closure.
  • Trouble shooting of HVAC&R System / Equipment’s and other MEP System / Equipment’s as required.
  • Working knowledge on Chilled Water, VRV, DX, MEP System / Equipment’s.
  • Knowledge on Refrigeration Rack System.
  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Ability to use MS office & Planning Software’s.
  • Lead generation.
  • To ensure planned revenue, operating profits and payment collection, as per business plan.

Qualifications & Experience:

·         BE with 10 – 12 years of experience / Diploma (3 years) with 8 - 10 years of experience relevant to this role.

·         Should have prior experience in Service operations with hands-on working knowledge on systems involving Chillers & Cooling towers for major brands like Daikin, Carrier, Trane, York, Baltimore, Marley, Evapco, etc.

·         Should have prior experience in simultaneous handling of multiple projects to a tune of >5M USD (Approx. RO 2M).

·         Should have valid GCC driving license.
