Job Overview
seeking an experienced Electrical Draftsman to join our dynamic team in Oman. The Electrical Draftsman will play a crucial role in supporting our electrical engineering and construction projects by creating accurate and detailed electrical drawings and plans. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project managers.
Job Responsibilities
· Assist Electrical Design Engineers with projects in preparation of single line diagram, schematic diagram, bill of material and As Built drawings.
· Knowledge of basic electrical and electronics systems.
· Prepare schematic diagram as per client requirements.
· Software Knowledge of Elecdes and E-Plan
· Assist in specifying electrical materials and components required for projects, including conduits, wiring, switches, and other electrical equipment.
· Prepare technical documentation, such as wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and as-built drawings, to support project construction and maintenance.
· Maintain and update electrical drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating changes and revisions accurately.

Education:
· ITI/Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
· Minimum two years of drafting and CAD experience in a progressive electrical engineering design environment preferably from Low voltage switchgear Industry.
· Training, education, and/or experience in basic electrical design and troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations relevant to Oman.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
