Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual with 8-10 years of experience in the Oman pharmaceutical industry and a total of 15 years of overall professional experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager or Manager in our Pharmaceuticals department. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Oman pharmaceutical market, regulatory requirements, and a proven track record of leadership in the industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Market Insights and Strategy: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Oman pharmaceutical market to identify opportunities and challenges. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market penetration.
· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards. Oversee regulatory submissions and interactions with local health authorities.
· Quality Assurance and Control: Lead quality assurance efforts to maintain the highest product quality standards.Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to quality systems.
· Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of pharmaceutical professionals. Provide guidance and training to ensure staff development and compliance with procedures.
· Supplier and Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely and high-quality supply of pharmaceutical materials.Evaluate and manage supplier performance.
· Budget Management: Develop and manage departmental budgets.Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
· Project Management: Lead pharmaceutical projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and report project progress to senior management.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to pharmaceutical processes and projects. Generate reports for senior management and regulatory agencies as required.
Qualification
· Should have Degree in Pharmaceuticals.
· Should have overall 15 + yrs. of work experience in Pharma industry.
· Should have local work Experience (in Oman) of minimum 8 - 10 years and with valid GCC license.
· Should have experience in Sales, Marketing, Registration of Pharmaceutical products and experience with MOH / MOD for tender procedure & registration.
· Age 40 - 45 yrs. approximately.
· Salary Range – OMR 650 to 750 + Accommodation + Company Car
