We are seeking a highly experienced Travel and Tourism Executive with a minimum of 4 to 12 years of expertise in the tourism field. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in promoting and facilitating travel and tourism services for our leading business group in Muscat, Oman. Exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the travel industry are essential for success in this position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to travelers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Assist clients in planning and booking travel packages, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

·         Destination Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on popular tourist destinations, attractions, and cultural insights. Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients to create memorable travel experiences.

·         Itinerary Planning: Create personalized travel itineraries that cater to the specific interests and needs of clients. Collaborate with travel partners to design and organize group tours or individual travel packages.

·         Booking and Reservations: Manage reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services. Negotiate contracts and pricing with service providers to secure competitive deals.

·         Travel Documentation: Ensure travelers have the necessary travel documents, visas, and insurance. Assist with visa applications and provide guidance on entry requirements.

·         Budget Management: Help clients plan travel budgets and provide cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate financial records and handle payment transactions.

·         Marketing and Promotion: Assist in marketing travel packages and services to attract new clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.

·         Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.

·         A minimum of 4 to 12 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

·         Strong knowledge of popular travel destinations, tourism trends, and industry best practices.

·         Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Proficiency in travel booking systems and reservation platforms.

·         Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.

·         Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
