Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technician with a minimum of 4 years of expertise in window tinting, body paint, car polishing, and car detailing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and functionality of vehicles while ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This role demands a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for automotive aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
· Window Tinting:
o Precisely measure and cut tint films to fit windows.
o Clean and prepare the vehicle's windows for installation.
o Apply tint films using expert techniques to ensure a flawless finish.
o Inspect and troubleshoot tinted windows for defects or imperfections.
· Body Paint:
o Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
o Mix and match paint colors to manufacturer specifications.
o Apply paint coats evenly to achieve a smooth and uniform finish.
o Use spray guns and other tools to achieve precise paint application.
o Address any imperfections and ensure paint quality meets industry standards.
· Car Polishing:
o Assess the vehicle's paint surface for imperfections, such as swirls, scratches, or oxidation.
o Select appropriate polishing compounds and tools.
o Safely and effectively remove imperfections through the polishing process.
o Achieve a high-gloss, showroom-quality finish.
· Car Detailing:
o Perform interior and exterior detailing, including cleaning, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
o Restore and maintain the vehicle's interior surfaces (e.g., leather, upholstery, dashboard).
o Conduct engine bay cleaning and other under-the-hood detailing tasks.
o Apply protective coatings or treatments to preserve the vehicle's appearance.
Requirements:
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in window tinting, body paint, car polishing, and car detailing.
· Proficiency in using tools and equipment specific to each area of expertise.
· Knowledge of automotive paint mixing and color matching.
· Familiarity with industry best practices and safety procedures.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Effective communication and customer service skills.
· Previous experience in an automotive repair or customization shop.
· Knowledge of various vehicle makes and models.
· Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable detailing practices.
· Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to the job.
· Comfort working in various weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat or cold).
