Description:
As a Sales Executive for Building Materials and Kitchen Equipment, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling our products within the Oman market. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering them suitable building materials and kitchen equipment solutions. This role requires a strong knowledge of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients understand clients' needs and preferences to offer appropriate product solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the building materials and kitchen equipment industry. Have a thorough understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
· Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
· Negotiation and Sales Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to secure sales.Prepare and submit sales proposals and contracts. Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and market trends.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Address any customer issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills:
· A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly in the building materials and kitchen equipment industry.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Knowledge of local building materials and kitchen equipment market trends.
· Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
