Description:
· Tire installation and removal.
· Balancing tires, wheel allignment.
· Repairing punctures or damage to tires using industry-approved methods.
· Providing excellent customer service, including answering questions, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Using Equipment, Operating tire-changing equipment, such as tire changers, wheel balancers, and air tools, safely and efficiently.
· Loading and off loading of tires, helping sales staff to deliver tires to customer, clients and dealers location.
· Maintaining Cleanliness and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
· Tire technicians often need to lift heavy tires and work in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
· High School / equivalent Qualification
· Experience: 2-3 yrs (Gulf Exp Preferred)
· Knowledge of tire service techniques, procedures, and equipment.
· Strong manual dexterity and physical fitness for lifting and handling tires.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and safety.
· Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
