As the Manager - Creative, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all creative aspects of the company's marketing and branding efforts. This role requires a dynamic and visionary leader with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Your creative direction will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's brand image, increasing brand awareness, and driving marketing campaigns to success.
Job Responsibilities
Creative jobs of various brands –
· Conceptual Stage: Take responsibility for the creative standards of the advertising communication. This starts from conceptualisation stage. This involves a clear understanding of the company, its brands and its influence in the market place. A thorough knowledge of customers, their lifestyle and aspirations in terms of their geographical presence is also essential to come up with strong concepts.
· Briefing Stage: Based on Client’s brief for a specific requirement, be it a campaign, promotion, product launch, tactical ad or an event, creating a look and feel is critical. Working closely with the servicing person to meet client’s marketing objective and with the copywriter for language requirements to execute an overall brand image.
· Execution Stage: There are many stages to be closely monitored and executed through various means once the brand image is firmed up. For example, if it is a press communication means designing layouts, Radio means coming up with a jingle idea, TV means a tactical promotional film idea, Digital means providing visual contents on daily basis and so on…
· Launch Stage: Other than that, things like providing a blue print of an event or a product launch / Digital launch with innovative ideas and sketches. This needs the knowledge of using relevant software and design rendition techniques.
· Photo Shoot: At some instances product shoots, model shoots and facility shoots are taking place during a campaign period. Coordination is required to maintain aesthetics. Working closely with the suppliers like photographers is key to achieve this.
· Events: During an event, the job is actually multifaceted. This demands 360-degree view on various parameters. For instances set, lights, sound and so on. Being a creative person one should have a thorough knowledge in these areas to control and contribute to the overall image of the brand.
· Corporate: Special projects that are closely connected to corporate communication will be treated with utmost priority and with sensitivity. Refined communication knowledge is key to do so.
· Artwork Stage: The finer aspects of crafting artworks at various levels need the academic knowledge of art and science, technical qualification, digital software and audio, video production.
· Supplier Visits: Many print and production jobs are executed through various suppliers. Though they are experts in their territory. Vigilance and control are essential to bring synergy to a single focused communication. This may involve discussions and visits to the suppliers as the jobs progress. Provide artwork and digital materials to the media is also an important aspects of the profile.
Qualification:
· Graduate in Applied Art/Commercial Art
· 15-20 Years of experience in the marketing and advertisinf field preferably in the Automobile industry.
· Experience in the GCC is mandatory.
· Proficiency in various software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, after effects, Premiere Pro, iMovie, etc. and exposure to supervising photography/ videography and editing, etc.
· Proven track record of successfully managing and leading creative teams.
· Strong understanding of design principles, marketing, and brand development.
· Exceptional creativity, vision, and ability to think outside the box.
· Proficiency in design software, marketing tools, and technology.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
