As a  Product  Consultant – New Cars you will play a pivotal  role in driving our sales efforts and fostering strong client relationships. As a sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of representing our prestigious brand and providing an exceptional buying experience to our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell the latest car models, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Client Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.

·         Product/Service Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products/services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

·         Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative approach to understand client requirements, provide tailored solutions, and advise on the best options.

·         Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as upselling to existing clients.

·         Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

·         Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

·         Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales reports.

·         Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve products and services.

·         Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues, including sales teams, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

·         Proven experience of 2-5 years in sales, preferably in Automobile Sales Industry

·         Prior experience in GCC is a plus.

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.

·         Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
