Description:

·         Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the showroom's sales operations. Develop and implement sales plans that align with overall business goals.

·         Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach the showroom sales team. Foster a high-performance culture and ensure team members are equipped for success.

·         Sales Performance: Drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

·         Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer issues.

·         Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, benefits, and specifications. Train the sales team on new products and updates.

·         Inventory and Merchandising: Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels. Collaborate with the merchandising team for attractive and effective product displays.

·         Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the showroom budget, optimizing resources. Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures when necessary.

Qualifications:

 

·         Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·         Proven experience of 12 20 as a Sales Manager in a showroom or retail environment.

·         Strong leadership skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         In-depth knowledge of retail trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.

·         Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

·         Proficiency in using sales analytics tools and technology.
