Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instrumentation Engineer with a background in electrical or electronic engineering and a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and construction projects. The Instrumentation Engineer will play a key role in the design, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems to ensure the efficient operation of our projects.
Responsibilities:
· System Design: Develop detailed instrumentation and control system designs for infrastructure and construction projects. Collaborate with project teams to integrate instrumentation solutions into overall project designs.
· Installation and Commissioning: Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation systems. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
· Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance activities on instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrumentation and control systems in a timely manner.
· Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, electrical engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate instrumentation activities. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases.
· Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for instrumentation and control systems, including drawings, manuals, and reports. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and system performance.
· Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all instrumentation systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability of instrumentation systems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum of 6 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
· Proficiency in designing and implementing instrumentation and control systems.
· Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic engineering principles.
· Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to instrumentation.
· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
