Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fleet Sales Executive to join our leading automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. As a Fleet Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our fleet customer base, increasing sales revenue, and promoting our range of automotive products and services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Fleet Sales Development: Identify and target potential fleet customers, including businesses, government agencies, and organizations. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new fleet clients and grow existing accounts.

·         Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.

Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

·         Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our automotive products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Effectively communicate product information to fleet clients.

·         Sales Targets and Goals: Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals as defined by the company. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to drive fleet sales growth.

·         Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to fleet sales. Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for business expansion.

·         Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates on performance to the management team. Utilize data analysis to make informed decisions and continuous improvements.

·         Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all fleet sales transactions and documentation comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of fleet sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualities and Skills:

·         Degree or Diploma in related field or equivalent.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet sales within the automotive industry in Oman.

·         Proven track record of meeting and exceeding fleet sales targets.

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Customer-centric with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

·         Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products and industry trends.

·         Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
