Key Responsibilities:

·         Financial Strategy & Planning: Developand implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and market trends.

·         Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, ensure accurate financial forecasting, and monitor financial performance against set targets.

·         Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local regulations and international standards.

·         Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources.

·         Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and investments.

·         Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

·         Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and regulatory authorities.

·         Taxation & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, oversee tax planning initiatives, and liaise with external auditors.

·         Automotive Industry Expertise: Leverage expertise in the automotive industry to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

·         Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification will be highly preferred.

·         Minimum of 10-20 years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion of that experience in the automotive industry.

·         Fluent in French, both written verbal, with proficiency in English considered an asset.

·         Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, dealership operations, and market dynamics.

·         Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and driving financial performance.

·         Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.

·         Familiarity with local financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements in Algeria.

·         Strategic thinker with a forward-looking vision.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
