Description:
We are looking for a well-experienced and knowledgeable HR Freelancer to support us in our new project on a short-term basis (approximately 3 months).
S/he should have work experience in the following:
1. Design and Implementation of HR Policies, Processes & Systems,
2. Compensation & Benefits Policies.
3. Introduction / Enhancement of Grading and Compensation Structure
4. Performance Management System,
5. HR Process Audit
6. Reward & Recognition
7. Organizational Development
8. Job Description, Job Evaluation, KRA, And KPI Setting, etc
9. HRMS System / Portal.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or similar.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR consultant or similar.
- Excellent computer skills and experience and HR management software.
- Full understanding of HR policies, and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Good knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
