We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage business in Muscat, Oman. The ideal candidate will be will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing a team, and driving business growth and profitability.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Oversee and manage the overall operations of the food and beverage business

·         Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

·         Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed

·         Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are maintained

·         Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance and identify areas for improvement

·         Identify opportunities for business growth and development, and implement strategies to achieve targets

·         Manage inventory, supply chain, and procurement processes to ensure adequate stock levels and cost efficiency

·         Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and HR to achieve overall business objectives

·         Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards

 

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in related fields

·         Proven experience of atleast 5 years in a similar role within the food and beverage industry

·         Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders

·         Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and budgeting

·         Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance

·         Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and efficiency

·         Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations and standards

·         Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

·         Relevant qualifications in business management, hospitality, or related field
