As a Sales Executive specializing in Manpower Outsourcing, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our manpower outsourcing services to clients within the Oman market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local business landscape, an established network of contacts, and a track record of successful sales in the manpower outsourcing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Oman market, building a strong client base for manpower outsourcing services.

·         Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their workforce requirements, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

·         Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the manpower outsourcing sector.

·         Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to proactively adjust sales approaches and strategies.

·         Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing the benefits of our manpower outsourcing solutions to potential clients.

·         Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, address client concerns, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

·         Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market trends to management.

Requirements:

·         Proven experience in sales within the manpower outsourcing industry, with a focus on the Oman market.

·         Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

·         Valid Oman Driving License.

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·         Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·         Excellent knowledge of the Oman business environment and labor market.
