As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing business processes within the automotive industry. Your primary focus will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, assess the impact of changes, and provide valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the automotive sector, possess excellent analytical skills, and be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and gather requirements. Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from various sources. Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
· Business Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and work closely with relevant teams to implement changes. Conduct impact assessments to ensure changes align with business goals.
· Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of processes. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects within the automotive group. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a business analysis role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in data analysis tools and project management.
· Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management would be a plus.
