Description:
· Develop effective working relationships with clients by providing quality customer care
· Identify, analyse and resolve client inquiries to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service provided
· Communicate with clients in person or via phone calls and emails to provide information and necessary brand related assistance
· Gather client feedback, needs and preferences to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness
· Provide detailed brief in accordance with client needs for the advertising team
· Respond to clients’ questions and inquiries timely and professionally
· Assist in the development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns
· Participate in event related activities assisting the production team wherever necessary
Requirements:
· Degree in any Discipline/Professional Management Qualification in Advertising/Mass Communication.
· 5 - 8 Years in leading Advertising Agencies
· Ability to prioritize jobs and meet deadlines
· Works independently and along with the teams
· Strong analytical skills are essential
· Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
· Industry research capabilities, to understand Clients business environment
· A good eye for details
