·         To Coordinate with Client / Consultant/ Main Contractor for site works.

Job Responsibilities

·                 To do Service / AMC of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like I

·         Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc.

·         To do Commissioning of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc.

·         Planning of site activities for effective utilization of resources and for timely

·          

·         completion.

·         Execution of job with desired quality.

·         Execution of job with safety and maintain HSE requirements.

·         Coordination with Client's site representative as required.

·         Generation of service report.

·         Trouble shooting of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc. as required.

·         Knowledge on Centrifugal / Screw / Recip. Compressors for HVAC&R.

·         Knowledge on Refrigeration Rack System / Equipments up to -40 Deg. Ce!.

 Requirements

·         Diploma (3 years) with 6 - 8 years of experience or ITI with 10 - 12 years of experience.

·         8 years' hands-on experience in HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc.

·         Knowledge on major brands like Daikin, Carrier, Trane, Baltimore, Marley, Bitzer, Copeland, Guntner, Alfa Laval, etc.

·         Valid Oman driving license.

·         Good written and oral communication skills.

·         Good analytical skills and problem solving skills.

·         Ability to do Service / AMC of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like

·          

·         Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc.

·         Ability to do trouble shooting of HVAC (Applied) System / Equipments like Chiller, AHU, Cooling Towers, etc.
