Key Responsibilities:
· Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic leadership, setting the vision and direction for the Automotive Group. Inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and market leadership. Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
· Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, budgets, and financial planning to ensure sustainable and profitable operations. Implement cost-control measures and optimize financial resources.
· Market Positioning: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to maintain and enhance the Automotive Group's market position. Implement strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
· Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
· Innovation and Technology: Drive innovation in product development, manufacturing processes, and technology adoption. Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness across all business functions. Implement and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
· Team Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
· Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth.
· Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Uphold strong corporate governance principles.
· Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including shareholders, partners, and government entities.

Qualifications and Skills:
· Proven experience as a CEO / COO or in a leadership role within the automotive industry.
· In-depth knowledge of the automotive market, industry trends, and global economic factors.
· Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management.
· Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent is a plus.
