Description:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager specializing in Garage Equipment and Oil & Gas sectors to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth within the region. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of relevant sales experience, with a degree in a related field. Prior work experience within the Gulf region is highly preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of the market dynamics and customer requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans targeting the Garage Equipment and Oil & Gas sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and growth targets.

·         Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape within the Gulf region.

·         Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, suppliers, and industry professionals, to foster collaboration and drive sales growth.

·         Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and achievement of sales targets.

·         Contract Negotiation: Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.

·         Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

·         Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications or specialized training in sales and marketing will be considered an advantage.

·         Experience: A minimum of 4 years of progressive sales experience, with a proven track record of success in Garage Equipment and Oil & Gas sectors. Prior work experience within the Gulf region is highly preferred.

·         Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Garage Equipment and Oil & Gas industries, market trends, customer requirements, and regulatory standards within the Gulf region.

·         Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.

·         Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels.

·         Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable insights.
