Join a leading Business Group in Oman, serving as the HR Manager for their sister company. The business group is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and fostering a positive work environment. We are seeking an experienced HR professional who is well-versed in Omani labor laws and preferably has experience in Oman. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring effective HR management and contributing to the success of the sister company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the business objectives of the sister company. Develop and implement HR plans and policies that support the company's overall mission and vision.
· Oman Labor Law Compliance: Stay abreast of Omani labor laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance. Advise management on HR-related legal matters and act as a liaison between the company and relevant government authorities.
· Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
· Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.Conduct regular employee engagement initiatives and activities.
· Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and talent development.
· Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Collaborate with external training providers to deliver relevant training sessions.
· Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs in line with company policies and market standards. Regularly review and update salary structures and benefits packages.
· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Extensive knowledge of Omani labor laws; experience with Oman labor laws is a plus.
· Proven experience of at least 8 years as an HR Manager, preferably with exposure to international work environments.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
· Certification in HR management is advantageous.
