As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests in line with the hotel s vision and values on customer satisfaction. And every day to constantly elevate the guest care quality and provide a fantastic service that our guests love.Ensure the reception area is operated in a highly efficient manner in order to create a positive lasting impression on all our guest, visitors, suppliers and other external parties in line with our brand standards.Build a good rapport with guests and resolve any issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service. Answer telephone calls promptly and clearly in a polite and helpful manner.
