Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our leading automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and be bilingual in Arabic and English. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
· Provide guidance, coaching, and training to sales team members to enhance their performance and skills.
· Foster strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and business partners to drive sales and business development.
· Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
· Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
· Prepare and present regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and strategies to senior management.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including pricing, discounts, and customer service.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
· Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
