Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our leading automotive group in Oman. The ideal candidate will be bilingual, proficient in both English and Arabic, and possess a strong background in sales within the automotive industry. With at least 7 years of experience, the Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the sales activities within our organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 

·         Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·         Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

·         Provide guidance, support, and training to sales staff to enhance their performance and productivity.

·         Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

·         Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

·         Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

·         Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.

·         Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to the sales team.

·         Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

 

·         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·         Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

·         Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic.

·         Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

·         Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

·         Valid driver's license.
