To ensure achievement of sales volume and market share objectives. He should be able to effectively handle and drive the sales team to achieve the KRAs. Review and analyze the branch performance and strategize to enhance business. He should have a good understanding of the market, competition and customer requirements. He should be able to identify business opportunities, conduct promotional activities and outdoor marketing. He will be required to build customer relationship and ensure effective coverage of market.
The job is a supervisory role to oversee the branch operations
Qualification: Graduates in any discipline with Management qualification.
Age: 35-40 years
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
· Sales Management – Should have exposure in Sales Planning, productivity, customer handling, performance review and strategizing to grow business. Planning and conducting market support actives. Should have good administrative skills and commercial acumen.
· Team Management – should have exposure in leading a team of sales staff and training / motivating them to enhance productivity.
· Inventory management – should have exposure in managing stocks
· Business planning: should have exposure in annual budgeting and analyzing data, making reports etc
Experience in Automobile (Passenger vehicles) industry will be an added advantage.
