seeking a highly skilled Fleet Sales Manager for new cars to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fleet Sales Management: Develop and execute strategies to maximize fleet sales for new cars within the assigned territory.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers, including corporate clients, rental agencies, and government entities.
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales performance to achieve or exceed targets set by the company, ensuring profitability and market share growth.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the fleet sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service to provide comprehensive solutions to customers and enhance overall customer experience.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on fleet sales. Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in fleet sales and new car models.
• Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with fleet customers and key stakeholders.
• Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team towards achieving common goals.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification would be an advantage.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other local language is a plus.
