We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounting, strong financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance activities.
• Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
• . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Any nationality (male only) preferred from the Oman market.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong work ethic and self-starter mentality.
• Ability to work well with all levels of employees and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in database management.
• Experience working with integrated accounting software systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Oman tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
