We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our esteemed automotive group in Oman. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in the automotive industry preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the overall objectives of the organization.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
• Supervise the finance team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive growth and profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Additional professional certifications such as CA (Chartered Accountant) and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 15-25 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound business recommendations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
