We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution operations in the UAE and Kuwait.. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective distribution channels across both markets.(Job Location will be in The UAE
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Kuwait and the UAE.
· Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth and expansion.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives to capitalize on them.
· Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
· Analyse sales data and market insights to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution strategies.
· Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Responsible for delivering sustainable accretive growth across all distributors in the GCC region
• Manage integrated commercial planning process for grocery distributors and construct channel and customer plans for the different agents.
• Responsible for achieving the agreed commercial KPIs to deliver sustainable business growth
• Lead on monthly business review cycle with the distributors to ensure business KPIs are being delivered as planned
• Develop distributors capabilities to enable an accelerated sustainable growth
• Ensure distributor adherence and compliance to Nestle's policies and WOW
• Manage the monthly demand planning cycle with distributor and DSP team, to align on the supply plan delivering the full year outlook
• Manage consumer & trade investments with the distributors in alignment with the integrated commercial plan KPIs
Geo-Expansion
• Lead on Geo-expansion Strategic planning and execution across the GCC region
• Build Geo-expansion analysis to identify size of opportunity and optimum expansion approach
• Identify route to market model and team structure & set-up the distributor's governance
• Establish contractual agreement and system set-up with the distributor
Qualifications:
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (MBA) or Equivalent Quallification
· Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success in the UAE or Kuwait markets.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
· Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
