Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales and distribution operations in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring effective distribution channels across the Saudi markets.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in Saudi Arabia

· Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to drive business growth and expansion.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends, and develop innovative sales and marketing initiatives to capitalize on them.
· Oversee the planning and execution of promotional activities, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
· Analyse sales data and market insights to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution strategies.
· Monitor and manage sales budgets, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial objectives.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
· Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (MBA) or Equivalent Qualification
· Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in sales management within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of success in the Saudi markets.
· Approx 40-45 Years old
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver results.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
· Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
· Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
