Job Purpose
The role holder is responsible for achieving sales objectives and build long term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role holder may be requested to supervise sales executives, without managerial authority.

Core Responsibilities

 Responsible in sales operations of the branch and ensuring new business development growth.
 Achieving set budget in terms of Sales revenue and GP through business development.
 Maintains a high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
 Sell Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
 Maintaining confidentiality of business and operation.
 Responsibility on following of set business procedures and being responsible for payment receivables of Cash and Credit customers.
 Promote parts awareness campaign, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
 Follows up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
 Ensures accurate customer information, updates/records all the necessary information in Autoline.
 Prepares all required documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
 Actively maintains product knowledge, and competitive product knowledge.
 Tracks lost sales and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to the required KPI conversion rates.
 Ensures 5S implementation.
 Maintains harmonious relationship among staffs and strive to work towards the attainment of the department’s objectives.
 Reports to/consult immediate supervisor or Parts Manager for any untoward incident or problem that further need a managerial decision.
 Ensures that the prevailing policies and procedures of the company are followed.
 Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect the high standard demanded by the company.
 Undertakes additional responsibility as required.
 Bodyshop business experience. Knowledge of handling IRF (Independent Repair Workshops) who are dealing with body parts.
 Have knowledge of UAE Insurance company’s operations and try to get maximum business.

Self-Management Responsibilities
 Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the Sales Manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the course of the year.
 Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the Sales Manager to ensure that the required trainings are arranged and attended.
 Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all the competencies and skills required to perform the role.
 Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
 Take self-initiatives to develop market, customers and enhance business growth for company.
