As a Parts Sales Consultant at our leading automotive group in the UAE, you will be responsible for driving the sales of automotive parts to our esteemed clientele. You will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Excellence: Utilize your extensive sales experience to identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. Employ effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our automotive parts inventory. Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of various parts, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to expand our customer base. Provide personalized assistance, address inquiries, and resolve any concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments within the automotive sector. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and formulate strategic sales plans.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including the parts procurement department and service advisors, to streamline operations and enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate effectively to ensure timely delivery of parts and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports highlighting sales performance, market insights, and potential areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 5-12 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Prior experience working in the GCC region is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
