Description:
The incumbent shall be responsible to head the Instalment Finance business vertical for the group and drive sales through the division. Job responsibilities includes:
· To lead the Instalment Finance Division for the group to drive sales through the division and meet the revenue targets.
· Develop and execute appropriate longterm/short term Consumer financing models for businesses of the Group like Automotive sales & service, EHA Sales, building materials etc.
· To design and develop specific Consumer finance products in the above business sectors, for instalment selling, which gives value to customers while maximizing revenue to the company.
· Work closely with internal business heads to drive the sales through the instalment financing model.
· Develop appropriate credit policies/SOPs for the group for credit evaluation & control to mitigate risks in financing.
· Set up processes & review systems to ensure timely collections.
· Develop appropriate sales & marketing strategies and programs to sustain and grow the business model of instalment financing.
Age: 45 – 48 years
Requirements:
· Should be a Certified Financial professionals (CA, ACCA, CPA) or MBA in Finance from reputed business schools.
· Relevant experience in above areas of which at least 5 years as leading the function
· Should have sound understanding of instalment finance & loan space.
IT savvy with Strong analytical skills & business acumen
