Description:
We have an immediate requirement for a CX Assistant Manager in our Automotive (FORD) Division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with Ford and be responsible for Customer Value Proposition (CVP), Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), and handling customer complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding of Ford’s CVP Process: Comprehensive knowledge of Ford’s CVP process covering sales, service, and parts.
• Data Management: Ensure that 100?curate data is captured, analyzed, and submitted.
• New Car Deliveries: Oversee and manage all new car deliveries.
• Daily Discussions: Conduct daily discussions with managers on red flag points and hot alerts.
• Meetings and Reporting: Weekly meetings with the General Manager to review key issues. Monthly meetings with the CEO to highlight key issues related to CVP and customer complaints.
• Client Engagement: Monthly visits to Ford – Dubai to discuss all pertinent points. Encourage customers to complete the CVP survey.
• KPI Achievement: Work towards achieving the Ford President Award in the Middle East and worldwide.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct mystery shopping and initiate corrective actions as necessary.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Qualification in a relevant field
• Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience, specifically with Ford.
• Strong analytical skills for data management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Proactive approach in handling customer complaints and issues.
Travel: Willingness to travel monthly to Ford – Dubai for discussions
