We have an immediate requirement for the role of a Sales Manager – Retail and Fleet,
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the sale of new vehicles from the showroom and attain dealership objectives by contributing to dealership profitability.
• Oversee the sale/ lease of new vehicles to the Corporate/Fleet segment
• Review documents related to sale of new vehicles to assure they are complete, meet all legal requirements and are properly executed.
• Coordinate with Principle / agencies and Customer Care Executive to conduct for Customer Satisfaction Survey; monitor results of the same and implement process strategies to continually improve customer satisfaction ratings
• Communicate Customer Satisfaction Sales Standards to all sales personnel and implement sales processes that support these standards.
• Provide a customer record and follow-up system, resolve customer complaints and build loyal clientele for the dealership.
• Set targets for the sales team and ensure their achievement.
• Ensure profitability of the Vehicle Sales Department and Fleet/Lease department through the sale/lease of vehicles, financing, dealer options and accessories.
• Coordinate with Marketing Department to implement effective advertising and merchandising programs to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Establish, manage and control a sales system that recognizes and enforces concepts leading to repeat buyers and referrals
• Establish, maintain and supervise a sales system for showroom experience which includes Walk Around Presentation, effective Prospecting, Demonstration, Customer Handling, Sale Closing and Delivery Programs
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of principals programs and communicate to appropriate personnel.
• Be up to date on current new car markets trends, competitive activities and pricing
• Review and monitor the effectiveness of test drives
• Work with the Service Manager (or other appropriate personnel) in establishing new vehicle prep standard
• Establish and implement a system to ensure that new vehicles are displayed attractively at all times
