We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager/Assistant Manager of Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications (MARCOM) to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for will be responsible for establishing and leading the strategic development and execution of all MARCOM (Marketing, Communications, PR and Social Media) activity as well as initiatives that help us build the equity of the Tech cluster.
Job Responsibilities
• Help to define and then execute on a comprehensive marketing strategy and ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
• Ensure strong collaborative relationships with all divisions and inspire stakeholders as well as external agency partner/s to achieve goals of the IT cluster.
• Masterfully communicate up/down/cross the organization to ensure transparency, alignment and advocacy of marketing strategies and plans
• Maintenance of the diverse social handles for Hon Lujaina and the ITICS cluster to ensure targets are met wrt set targets / objectives.
Qualification
• Bachelors in Marketing / Communications.
• 8 to 9 years’ MARCOM experience with advertising agency background preferably.
• Should have minimum 5 to 6 years experience in handling Social & Digital media.
• Strong business acumen and proven strategic, analytical and creative abilities with significant knowledge of local market
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that has delivered quantitative results
• Highly collaborative and efficient at leading and influencing cross functional teams effectively, internally as well as external partners and agencies
• Ability to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast paced and changing environment
• Arabic language knowledge will be added advantage
