The Leading Business Group of Oman is seeking a skilled and motivated Auto Denter / Auto Fabricator to join our team. With a well-established presence in the automobile industry, we are dedicated to providing top-quality automotive services. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in auto denting and fabrication, supported by an ITI Diploma.
Key Responsibilities:
· Auto Dent Repair: Perform professional dent repair to restore vehicle bodies, frames, and panels to their original condition, ensuring accuracy and precision.
· Auto Fabrication: Fabricate and install various automotive components, including body parts, panels, and structural elements.
· Assessment and Inspection: Inspect damaged vehicles, assess the extent of damage, identify repair requirements, and provide accurate cost estimates.
· Metal Shaping: Use a variety of tools and equipment to shape and mold metal components to match the vehicle's specifications.
· Welding and Cutting: Execute welding and cutting tasks as necessary to repair or replace damaged components, while adhering to safety standards.
· Panel Replacement: Remove and replace damaged panels or parts, ensuring a seamless fit and finish.
· Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing through processes like sanding, filling, and priming.
· Quality Control: Ensure the quality of repair work meets industry standards and guidelines.
· Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time allocate for each task.
· Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, address their concerns, and provide updates on the progress of repair work.
· Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other automotive professionals, such as painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient project completion.
Qualifications:
· Education: ITI Diploma in Auto Body Repair or a related field is required.
· Experience: 4-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, with a strong background in auto denting and fabrication.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in using auto body repair tools, welding equipment, and knowledge of various automotive materials.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality repair work.
· Safety Conscious: Knowledge of and adherence to safety regulations and best practices in the workshop.
