Responsibilities:
• HVAC Systems:
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, ensuring optimal temperature control and air quality.
• Change air filters and maintain proper system cleanliness.
• Electrical Systems:
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring and fixtures, identifying and resolving potential hazards.
• Perform basic electrical repairs, excluding tasks requiring a licensed electrician.
• Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and regulations.
• Hydraulic Lifting Systems:
• Diagnose and repair common malfunctions in post hydraulic lifting jacks, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication of hydraulic components.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all repairs and maintenance performed.
• Air Compressors:
• Conduct preventative maintenance on air compressors, including filter changes and oil checks.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic air compressor issues, ensuring efficient operation.
• Monitor performance and alert management of potential problems.
• Civil Work:
• Perform minor building repairs, including fixing leaks, patching walls, and replacing damaged tiles.
• Assist with minor carpentry and furniture repair tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Firefighting Alarm Management System:
• Test and maintain the functionality of the firefighting alarm system in accordance with local fire codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential issues.
• Report any system malfunctions or deficiencies to the appropriate authorities.
• Facilities Management:
• Respond promptly to service requests and work orders for facility maintenance issues.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for repairs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of preventative maintenance schedules for all facilities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing work.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities and repairs completed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electromechanics is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and basic carpentry is required.
• Experience repairing post hydraulic lifting jacks and air compressors is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with firefighting alarm systems and relevant safety regulations is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
