The Internal Auditor will be responsible for providing independent and objective evaluations of the company's financial and operational activities. This role involves ensuring the adequacy and effectiveness of the company's internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes.
• Develop audit plans and programs, determine the scope of reviews, and establish objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Identify areas of risk and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Chartered Accountancy qualification (CA) is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within a large company in the GCC region.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in auditing standards, financial reporting, and risk assessment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with audit management software and ERP systems.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
